Travel Nauts began in 2013 with a single desk, one consultant and a conviction that Ugandan travellers deserved advice as rigorous as the embassies demanding it.
Our story
From one desk on Kampala Road to forty countries.
We started because too many good applications were being refused for avoidable reasons — an inconsistent date, a missing bank statement, an interview nobody had prepared for. Those refusals cost families savings and years.
Today Travel Nauts runs four connected services: visa processing, international ticketing, airport transfers, and safaris across East Africa. The company has grown, but the working method has not changed. Every file is read twice. Every client speaks to a person.
