Privacy policy
We ask for sensitive documents, so we are explicit about what happens to them.
What we collect
Contact details, travel information and any supporting documents you upload through our booking form — typically passport pages, photographs, financial statements and invitation letters.
Why we collect it
Solely to prepare and submit your visa application, issue tickets, arrange transfers or plan a tour. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use uploaded documents for marketing.
Who we share it with
Only the embassy, consulate, airline, insurer or ground partner directly involved in your booking, and only the documents that party requires.
How it is stored
Documents are uploaded over an encrypted connection into restricted cloud storage. Access is limited to the consultants working on your file.
How long we keep it
Booking records are retained for seven years to meet accounting and regulatory obligations. Uploaded documents are deleted on request once your travel is complete.
Your rights
You may request a copy of the data we hold on you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to travelnautsuganda@gmail.com and we will respond within 30 days.
